To grant fellowship, scholarship, or the monetary assistance on such terms and conditions as it may prescribe to the past and present students and staff of Walchand College of Engineering, Sangli, as it may select or study on a subject in which the APS is interested |

To manage, sell, transfer or otherwise dispose of any property, movable or immovable of the APS; subject to the previsions of Bombay Public Trust Act, 1950 |

To assign from time to time, such functions and duties and delegate such powers, as it may deem fit, to any person or persons or members, of the subcommittees, their travel expenses and other out of pocket expenses incurred by them in the performance of their functions. |
