1. Undergone industrial training: kirloskar brothers ltd.manufacturing unit , SSSK sugar industry as process industry , Kirloskar co-pland sealed commpressors , Thermax heat recovery unit.During 1965 to1970.
2. Contributed in Santosh cold storage 60 ref.ton capacity plant errection near Tasgaon on behalf of WCE in 1978.
3. Attended 3 months computer trainng at Pune in 1980.
4. Worked in a project of direct liquid ammonia injection in soil at Dattawad near Kurundwad Sangli on behalf of WCE.
5. Attended short term training of 2 months duration in Ref. A/C at IIT Mumbai for 2 consicutive years .
6. worked as examiner in the team sent by WCE for upgradation of workers at KBL. Kirloskarwadi and ar kirloskar co-pland at Karad over a period of 15 years. In 80s and 90s.
7. Conducted with Dr. N.K.Sane and others a seminar of 120+ participants on Modern Trends In Ref. and A/C.
