Major and minor research projects carried out :
I. Stress Analysis of Sluice Valve Body by using strain gauges for M/s Kirloskar Bros. in 1977.
2. Imported portable sound and vibration meter along with vibration analyzer and digital strain bridge froM England by processing Not Manufactured in India and Custom duty Exemption Certificates during 1977.
4. Preparation of stress frozen Photoelastic models for M/s A.R.E. Ltd in 1986.
5. Delivered a talk in "Marathi Vidnyan Parichaya" on subject "REFRIGERATOR "at all India Radio on 27/10/1987.
6. Have been declared as "Competent Person" by chief inspector of factories for testing of pressure vessels &carrying out the work as per inquiries to college since Jan. 1989.
7. Carried out testing of hand tachometers, stop watches, pressure gauges &temp. indicators as per requirements from industries.
8. Carried out gear box performance test for M/s Kirloskar Bros. in July 1989.
9. Carried out experimental measurement of strain &deflection of steel bridge at Kalyan, under guidance of Dr. M. R. Shiyekar.
10. Worked as Joint Chief Staff Advisor for College Technical Symposium "VISION-1994, 1995,1996,1997,1998 & 2008".
11. Took part in development of "Variable Speed Drive" under the guidance of Prof. S.G. Kanitkar, sponsored by Seth Gulabchand Research Foundation of College.
I2. Carried out preparation of experimental set ups in Post Graduate Laboratory for subject Experimental Stress Analysis, during 2000-2010.
13. Procured CNC Trainer Lathe for CAM Laboratory of college, during 2006
14. Worked as Co- coordinator for one week program for laboratory assistants and instructors on "Recent Laboratory Techniques in Mechanical engineering "from I 8th to 22"' Dec 2006, under TEQIP, at Walchand College of Engineering, Sangli.
15. Took part in procurement of following softwares for CAD/CAM/CAE Laboratory of college: a) Auto-CAD b) CATIA c) EDGE-CAM & d) ALGOR, during 2000-2010
